Purchase terms
Thank you for choosing to purchase Personal Repuation Management. The following terms shall apply and by clicking ‘PROCEED' on the payments page, you agree to all of the terms below.
Supply of Services
Delivery: Reputation-Book will supply goods and services subject to the terms and conditions set out below.
Rates, prices & charges
VAT: The book price excludes VAT (UK) or corresponding taxes that may be imposed in other countries in which these products and services are offered. VAT has been added to the post and packaging cost.
Postage: All purchases will be processed within 3 working days.
Postage and packaging costs are outlined below:
- £2.64 for the United Kingdom
- £3.93 for Europe
- £6.77 for The USA & rest of world
For UK purchases, please allow up to 5 working days for delivery.
For all other destinations, please allow up to 14 working days for delivery.
All prices include VAT at 15%.
Payment terms
Payment shall be by credit or debit card.
Refund Policy
Reputation-Book does not cover postage for returned items. If goods are received damaged or in an unsatisfactory condition, no refund can be issued.
